人們正確的進餐順序應為

人們正確的進餐順序應為:湯→蔬菜→飯→肉→半小時後再食用水果.

1) 飯前先喝幾口湯,等於給消化道加點"潤滑劑",使食物能順利下嚥,防止乾硬食物刺激消化道黏膜,有益於胃腸對食物的消化和吸收.


(2) 若飯前不喝湯,吃飯時也不進湯水,則飯後會因胃液的大量分泌使體液喪失過多而產生口渴,這時喝水,反而會沖淡胃液,影響食物的吸收和消化.



(3) 如果吃完飯菜後立即吃水果,消化慢的澱粉蛋白質會阻塞消化快的水果,所有的食物一起攪和在胃裡,在體溫的作用下,會發酵甚至產生腐敗,出現脹氣.便秘等症狀,給消化道帶來不良影響.
